Your first visit
Plan about 60 minutes for your first appointment. We review your health history, take any needed x-rays, walk through findings in plain language, and outline options before treatment begins.

Photo ID and insurance card (if applicable)
List of current medications
Name of your previous dentist, if transferring care
Insurance & payment
We accept most major PPO plans including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, and MetLife. Bring your card to your visit and our team will verify benefits before treatment. For questions about coverage, call us before you book.
Uninsured? We offer transparent self-pay estimates before any procedure.
